Kooki Care Return & Refund policy Full details 

Easy way :

You must inform us within 5 days before from delivered  order of yours  you can immediately inform us on whatsapp 24/7 help line by clicking here kookicare or whatsapp number is +91 778300 9758 we will  return your products by ourselves you just have to inform us only

You can also put return from application / website 

Go in app > then click left icon as shown in image with blue circle 

Then click track my order 

Now you can see options of your order 

If your order delivered . after that 

Within 5 days you can avail to do return 

Click on return 

Give reason for return 

Upload product pic 

Then proceed 

After that we will call you or text you for your bank details or upi for giving your refund money  after the pick up will happen

You can request to return products within 5 days of delivery After a return request is submitted, pickup will happen in 2-3 days. After pickup is done, you will get the refund in your bank account in 3-4 days. 

our WhatsApp customer care will ask for bank details  or PayTM or Google pay etc after your pick up is done your refund 100% given to your bank account 

Note - we only ask for Account no IFSC code and your Full name nothing else in bank details :

So you have to be relaxed don't worry your refund will be 100% given to you within 3-4 days after the pickup happen 

In rare case we take more longer from usual time due to some bank technical issues or etc
